CMS Sales Analysis

Benefits

The Sales Analysis module provides automatic capture of sales activities for product planning, employee compensation, or dealer performance. The foremost design of the Sales Analysis module is user control. You decide the types and level of sales analysis you wish to perform. You determine the time periods for performing analysis on sales. You design your own inquiries and reports. No programming is required to customize this module for your specific reporting needs.

Product Summary

Focused on the user-controlled design, the CMS Sales Analysis module allows you to identify 10 different classifications (multi-level) for capturing data for future analysis i.e., salesmen, customers, region, product category, etc. Further, automatic and continuous creation of a detailed sales transaction file can be initiated. From this detail file ad hoc reports can be performed at any time.

Five years of history is standard. Additional years can also be maintained. Analysis can be performed on bookings quantity and value, shipments quantity and value, targeted (or budget) bookings quantity and value, and targeted (or budget) shipments quantity and value. Each of these calculations can be made by period or year-to-date.

Sales tax reporting for multiple levels of jurisdictions is supported with user-defined coding hierarchies. Sales commission reporting with percentage calculations variable by product or product line is also included.
