CMS Remanufacturing System Integrator (CMSR-I)

CMSR-I is available for corporations who wish to enhance the operational performance of their remanufacturing facilities by interfacing industry-specific solutions functionality with corporate standard financial products. A current implementation provides for batch data exchange between SAP financials.

In upcoming enhancements, the CBI-AR module will be integrated to the CMSR Core Warehouse Inventory module in lieu of the current CMSR integrated Core Bank Module. Following that, the CBI-AP module will be integrated to the appropriate CMSR functions.

In the graphics below, the dotted arrows reaching outside of the CMSR PLANNING oval to third-party A/R, A/P, and G/L applications depict each interface area. In each case, they represent the creation of export tables by the "host system" application, as indicated by the direction of the arrows. These are then processed by the receiving application using the appropriate integration technology. Each requires detailed functional approach and technical task specifications relative to the specific third-party applications. Solid arrow integration is provided and maintained by Reman Software.

Several implementation scenarios are available. Diagram 1 depicts CMSR handling the order entry and shipping functions.

Diagram 2 displays order entry, finished goods inventory, and shipping managed outside CMSR with replenishment demands entered through the CMSR MPS functionality, and reman item production updating the host system finished goods inventory system. In this scenario, Customer Master integration is not required.
