Custom Programming

Custom programming services are provided for those cases in which generic CMS and CMS-R products cannot be used to provide a desired function and must be modified. Since the magnitude of customizing CMS/CMS-R can present a wide range of implications, we have developed various internal procedures to serve as guidelines for development, execution, and delivery of custom software. The costs associated with custom programming can be declared in varied terms, such as time and materials, or not to exceed a certain dollar amount, and are generally associated with small programming projects. Large undertakings, due to the magnitude of cost and effort involved, require formal procedures. These include complete project definition, request for quotation, initial technical evaluation, and project management review. Contractual development includes items such as milestones, request for change, etc.
