Implementation Assistance
We recognize that system implementation is generally regarded as traumatic for all organizations. It doesn't have to be! To guide our new customers to smooth, rapid success with their new software, we have designed an implementation methodology that embraces the best of technology and experience. Our goal is to have you not only operational, but comfortable with the system quickly, so that you can recognize return on your investment in the shortest possible time.
- First, we meet with your project team and establish an implementation plan with key milestones defined.
- Next, our support consultants - together with your project team - map the business processes of your company, identifying key software processes, training issues and integration points.
- Our subject matter experts provide a series of pilot training sessions that we'll lead your key users through, step-by-step, as you build your skill and knowledge of our software. These sessions can be offered at your site or through our Internet GoToMeeting classroom. As each pilot is learned, tested, and documented by your project team, you simultaneously will be building business rules, policies and procedures that will carry you forward to smooth integrated processes at cut-over.
- We will assist your key users as needed with end-user training and cut-over planning.
- We will be with you during the cut-over transition process to assist with reconciliation and other go-live activities (CMS and CMS-R systems only).
