Reman Software Support Services Team

The Reman Software Support Services Team is comprised of a group of uniquely qualified individuals with complimentary skills. The diversity of background and experience within the group provides an extremely broad base of knowledge and technical expertise to draw from, creating a synergistic environment of continuous improvement. This is truly a group of people who exemplify that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.

Each member of the Support Team is a flexible and versatile team player. Whether it's a Hot Line call, a GoToMeeting™ web session, or e-mail, the customer is always the number one priority. We pride ourselves on rapid response to customer issues, problems or training needs. In addition, the support team manages all implementation projects, designs, develops and delivers all customer training and documentation. The support department maintains all application documentation and assists the development group as needed with testing of pre-release code, custom program specifications, and enhancement evaluation.
