Software Updates

Software updates and patches located on our Download site are not full releases. Typically, we use this mechanism to distribute customer specific patches or enhancements. If you are a CMS customer on Maintenance, and want to upgrade your version of CMS, then please contact Support Services.

Incremental patch releases are posted for customer download periodically. You may access these through the secure link below. Contact Support Services if you have any questions or experience problems.

The last incremental patch release was posted on 07/15/08 and named R70601WebPatch.zip. Patch release R70501WebPatch.zip and R70502WebPatch.zip are also available. Please be sure to read the "readme" documents included in the .zip files before installing these updates. These web patches were released to fix a particular problem in SHPACTIN. Make sure that you download the appropriate web patch for the CMS release you are running (e.g., R70306WebPatch would be downloaded if you are currently running CMS R7.03.00). Should you have questions, please call our Support Department.

The web patch (xpsp2fix.zip) for CMS users running Windows XP workstations with Service Pack 2 can also be found here. You must have Technical Release NT.02.01 or later installed. This patch was released on 8/13/04. Please be sure to read the "readme" documentation before installation.
